By accessing and using the AIDevelopers website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use our services.
AIDevelopers provides enterprise-grade AI infrastructure, intelligent chatbot development, business workflow automation, generative AI solutions, and digital consulting services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for any project will be outlined in a separate, mutually agreed-upon proposal or service level agreement (SLA) following a discovery consultation.
The website and its original content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to design, text, graphics, and underlying code) are owned by AIDevelopers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
Ownership of custom AI agents, automation scripts, and workflows developed for clients will be transferred to the client upon full payment of services, as strictly detailed in the individual client contract.
When utilizing our website or scheduling a consultation, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that might harm, damage, or disparage any other party.
In no event shall AIDevelopers, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
